30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
  • Custom-made or personalized patches are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at bestwestpatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
